Just the right size for a netbook
I purchase this after getting a used acer 10.1" netbook and found the keyboard to small to do any real typing on it. This netbook has a fantastic 11.6" display that gives sharp video playback. The keyboard is good size and allows for easy typing. The weight and size make it very easy to carry around. On the negative side I wish the battery held a better charge and the touchpad can be a little over sensitive. I ended up getting a wireless mouse which solve my problem with the touchpad which I think is more me than the netbook. I have my netbook set up to dual boot into Windows 8 & Linux Mint 13. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Beware: Is not loaded with a full, legitimate copy of Windows 8
System runs smoothly. However, when I went to create a recovery usb, it would not. It said files were missing. I went to PC Settings -> "Remove Everything and Reinstall Windows" as directed by Acer support. When I did this it said it could not restore because I was running "Windows to Go" which, as far as I can tell, is a virtualized version of Windows for enterprise settings - meant to run off a USB stick. The whole thing smells very gray market. Where did Amazon get these machines from? Directly from Acer?
